Extract Minutes of meeting at Hallhill Healthy Living Centre, Dunbar

1. Matters Arising
Seabird Centre Camera - following a recent visit by representatives from Viridor to North Berwick and Dunbar we have been informed that they have agreed to support the joint DHT/SSC project to install two CCTV cameras.

2. Business Plan

Battery – Work unable to commence until new bridge is in place.
Toilets and Showers – Meetings now planned to acquire necessary land.
Interpretive Panels (Information Boards) –  Planning permission being sought for panel which will be near the red leading light on the quayside and will contain information on the history of fishing/trading from Dunbar Harbour 
Bridge – New bridge under construction

No update.

4. HMC Update

No meeting held this month as not enough members available.

6. Projects Update

Projects                        
North Wall – Remains under observation. Funding awaited for next survey
Ladders – Planning permission still awaited
Hard Standing – Planning permission still awaited
Fuel Store – up and running with a trial being run with one boat and if all goes well it will be opened up to other users. The forms are available to sign up users
MacArthur’s Store – Tenders are expected to be returned on Friday 16th February.
Slipway – Initial cost estimate is being prepared by Royal Engineers. Planning being sought.                                   
Diving Platform – under review
