1. Welcome and Apologies

Chairman welcomed all present and noted apologies.

2. Corrections / Acceptance of minutes

Minutes approved as read

3. Matters Arising

Harbour Incident - CMcW read out two letters received from Mr Duncan Forbesand his reply. It was agreed that the incident did not involve a breach of the bye-laws and should therefore now be considered closed.

Seabird Centre Camera - No Update

Newsletter - Distribution of the DHT newsletter was discussed. Fuure issues in March and October.

4. Business Plan

Battery - Conservation Plan contract to be awarded to AOC.

Toilets and Showers - Grant application submitted. Volunteers for project team required.

Interpretive Panels (Information Boards) - Grant applications have been sent to ELC and Leader Plus.

Fishing Day trips - Applications from Diving Safari and Noel Wight to operate diving/fishing trips from harbour approved. JSB to review mooring and other harbour charges.

Parking - ongoing

Harbour Visits - ongoing

Bridge - New bridge under construction

24/7 Access - ongoing

VIG - no recent Minutes available

Business Plan Review and Update - being reviewed

5. Finance Report

ADT maintenance charges were discussed at length. JSB to review.

6. HMC Update

Future maintenance and insurance costs for the bridge to be investigated. EO'B will enquire of ELC

Tidal Depth Gauge - now installed

Hard Standing - See IMCK report .

Fuel Store -Now licensed and should be available within a month

MacArthur's Store - Meeting of MSBPT with architetcts next week including the final layout as agreed with the fishermen. Bob Clunas to attend meeting and liaise with fishermen .

Slipway - awaiting contact from Royal Engineers

Diving Platform - being reviewed
